Practice Description

Mr. Banack was the initiating litigation partner with the law firm of Koskie Minsky. As a highly motivated litigation specialist, he carries a diverse caseload, including commercial litigation (involving real estate and construction issues), professionals' insurance and discipline claims, and mediation of client disputes. As well as handling complex trials, Mr. Banack also attempts to unsnarl disputes at the alternative dispute resolution level. He is counsel to a number of law firms and a variety of corporate and individual clients. He is litigation counsel to various government funds and professional associations.
