Mr. Bowman's practice is predominantly professional liability insurance litigation, discipline litigation and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in all types of insurance litigation with emphasis on professional liability defence of accountants, engineers, architects, land surveyors, real estate agents/brokers and insurance agents/brokers. He also has extensive experience in defending professionals before their governing bodies. His clients include several insurance companies.
