Practice Description
Mr. Carhart's practice is focused on commercial financings and insolvencies. He acts for banks and other financial institutions as well as receivers, trustees in bankruptcy, commercial landlords, business corporations and individual business people. Mr. Carhart has been heavily involved in a number of major Canadian and international commercial financing and insolvency proceedings, including Confederation Life, Dylex, Eaton's, Royal Oak Mines and The Canadian Red Cross Society. Mr. Carhart has written and spoken extensively on the subject of commercial financing and insolvencies. He also regularly appears in the Ontario Courts on insolvency-related matters. |
