Professor Jordan has taught International Business Enterprises, International Securities Markets, Business Associations and Comparative Law. The emphasis of her practice in the U.S. was on international commercial transactions and international finance; international trade work and bank regulatory work; cross-border (U.S.-Canada) transactions. She is currently Senior Counsel to the World Bank.
