His areas of expertise include corporate reorganizations (including amalgamations, private transactions and financial hardship restructurings); acquisitions and divestitures financial institutions regulations; loan financings; securities distributions; public company corporate governance; distribution and joint venture agreements; and the making of business investments in Canada.
