Practice Description
Mr. Lococo is responsible for the day to day management of the Corporate Law Department of Manulife Financial, one of Canada's leading financial institutions, and is a member of the executive team responsible for Manulife's legal function worldwide. He also chairs Manulife's legal practice groups relating to corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. His experience in private practice was in the areas of corporate and securities law, with emphasis on Canadian and international corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive international experience, previously serving as managing partner of the London and Singapore offices of a major Canadian law firm. |
