Practice Description

Mr. MacDonald's practice consists mainly of civil litigation, commercial insurance, professional liability and defamation, and directors' and officers' liability. He has an extensive practice in all levels of court. He was the Commission Counsel for the Royal Commission on Donald Marshall Jr.'s prosecution.
