Practice Description

Mr. McGee practises primarily in the business law and securities law areas. He is involved in all aspects of law affecting the organization, financing and operations of corporations and other business organizations, with a focus on corporate finance (public offerings and private placements), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He also provides ongoing general business law advice to corporate clients in a variety of industries and has extensive experience in the creation and use of limited partnerships as financing vehicles and in advising foreign corporations about the establishment or acquisition of businesses in Canada.
