Practice Description

Mr. Robertson's practice is concentrated in commercial matters, particularly those related to insolvency and financial restructuring. He has represented most of the Canadian chartered banks, and most of the major Canadian accounting firms in their capacities as receiver or trustee in bankruptcy, and secured and unsecured creditors and debtors. He has also been court-appointed counsel in various representative capacities.
