Practice Description

Mr. Rook acts as counsel in corporate, commercial and administrative law matters, and has appeared in numerous proceedings in the courts in several provinces as well as the federal courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is known for his work as counsel in competition and telecommunications law proceedings before the Competition Tribunal, the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission and the courts.
