Mr. Ross has a broad practice in corporate and securities law, including general corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, public offerings, private placements of securities, and the negotiation of contracts (including joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements). He has also participated in British and Canadian privatizations and worked extensively on multinational corporate and securities transactions.
