Practice Description
| For approximately 20 years, Mr. Taylor has practised corporate, commercial, securities and environmental law. He now provides leadership to the Environmental Law Group at his firm. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures, financings, workouts, reorganizations and other commercial arrangements and transactions in Canada, the United States and Europe (he practised in London, England, in 1989 and 1990). As well, dealing with environmental liabilities in commercial transactions and in corporate governance, he deals both locally and globally with ISO 14001, climate change, contaminated site remediation, real estate development issues and environmental disputes and civil actions. |
