Practice Description
Mr. Baker has extensive experience in the pension consulting area and in administering pension plans being wound up under the order of the Regulator. PricewaterhouseCoopers has been appointed by both the Superintendent in Ontario and in Nova Scotia to wind up more then 60 different pension plans with total assets exceeding $500 million. Mr. Baker was the project manager for the transition of the split of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSUE) Pension Trust and Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology pension plans from other large public sector pension plans. Mr. Baker is also a member of both the Policy Board and the Governance Subcommittee for PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada. |
