Mr. Baskerville is one of Canada's leading forensic and investigative accountants. He has been accepted by the courts as an expert witness on numerous occasions, many of which involved assessing the financial issues in commercial litigation matters and regulatory proceedings. His extensive experience in the insurance claims industry includes assessing the basis for and quantum of claims for fidelity and property losses and business interruption matters. Mr. Baskerville has worked on many investigations within the financial services industry as well as participating in numerous investigations involving employee dishonesty, secret commissions and other forms of management and employee corruption.
