Practice Description
Mr. Casey practises at all levels of the Courts of Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, in the field of commercial litigation including all types of banking, real estate and corporate litigation, arbitration and other forms of commercial dispute resolution. His specific areas of practice include: international banking, letters of credit and trade finance disputes; international arbitration and mediation; intellectual property and technology licensing litigation; general commercial litigation; insolvency and receivership proceedings; shareholder disputes and oppression remedies; errors and omissions insurance litigation; and real estate litigation (enforcement of agreements of purchase and sale, mortgage enforcement and arbitration of land values). |
