Practice Description
| Mrs. Chaplick specializes in the areas of trusts and pensions and benefits. Her trusts practice includes providing advice on the establishment, administration and interpretation of personal, charitable and business trusts and advice on fiduciary responsibilities and trust considerations which may arise in non-traditional trust contexts. She has been a member of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario) Trusts Subsection committees studying the Law Reform Commission of Ontario's Report on the Law of Trusts and its Report on the Family Law Act. Mrs. Chaplick's pensions and benefits practice includes providing advice on the establishment, operation and interpretation of pension and employee benefit plans, with a special interest in trust and fiduciary issues relating to such plans. |
