Practice Description

Mr. Crawford is a consultant with the executive compensation practice of Towers Perrin. He is involved in research on shareholder value issues, developing company and business unit performance measurements, and designing and valuing incentive compensation plans. Mr. Crawford is part of a global team mandated to enhance Towers Perrin's ability to aid clients in determining the most effective performance measurements and standards.
