Mr. Davis has more than 25 years of direct experience in the compensation field in both industry and consulting. He specializes in all aspects of executive compensation including audits, incentive design, non-cash compensation, total compensation analyses as well as severance and retention. He has assisted a wide range of organizations in designing and implementing executive pay programs, and his clients include many of Canada's largest corporations.
