Practice Description
Mr. Edge practises corporate tax, with an emphasis on financial transactions of all kinds and mergers and acquisitions. He is very involved in derivatives and the structured finance area, and has considerable project finance and equipment leasing experience. Mr. Edge also has wide-ranging experience in advising U.S. multinationals on cross-border transactions. |
