Practice Description

Mr. Fogul's practice involves receiverships, bankruptcies, liquidations, restructurings, workouts and security realization. In recent years he has been involved in major insolvency restructurings, including Olympia & York Developments Limited, Central Capital Corporation, Standard Trust Company, Campeau Corporation, Algoma Steel Corporation, Cadillac Fairview Inc., Confederation Treasury Services Limited and the T. Eaton Company Limited. He also has extensive experience in trials and appeals relating to insolvency matters with more than 50 reported cases.
