Practice Description
Mr. Forgie practises principally in the areas of pension, employee benefits and executive compensation. He has extensive experience in advising public and private sector clients on pension and benefit matters relating to plan design and compliance, surplus and contribution holiday disputes, corporate reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and insolvencies. Mr. Forgie also advises financial institutions on the development of new pension and employee benefit insurance, annuity and investment products. |
