Practice Description
| Ms. Frank began her practice specializing in the litigation of negligence actions primarily defending on behalf of insurers. In 1978, she along with her partner, formed a firm which, until its merger with Genest Murray in 1988, specialized in a broad range of insurance litigation. Since becoming a partner at Genest Murray, Ms. Frank has acted on behalf of insurers, government ministries, as well as individuals and corporations in the commercial sector and personal injury claimants. Her practice now focuses on the defence of professional and directors' liability claims, education law, real estate and commercial disputes and the defence of sexual harassment and abuse claims, primarily on behalf of institutions. |
