Practice Description
Mr. Goldthorpe leads Hay Canada's Executive Compensation practice area. He consults personally on all aspects of executive compensation, including base salary determination, annual incentive plan design, executive benefits, perquisites and long-term incentive. Mr. Goldthorpe has extensive experience with disclosure, hiring and firing packages, employment contracts, expatriate and cross-border compensation, isolated work location compensation programs and compensation for international executives. He acts as an expert witness on executive compensation for rate hearings, tax matters and owner/executive disputes. |
