| Mr. Goldthorpe leads Hay Canada's Executive Compensation practice area. He consults personally on all aspects of executive compensation, including base salary determination, annual incentive plan design, executive benefits, perquisites and long-term incentive. Mr. Goldthorpe has extensive experience with disclosure, hiring and firing packages, employment contracts, expatriate and cross-border compensation, isolated work location compensation programs and compensation for international executives. He acts as an expert witness on executive compensation for rate hearings, tax matters and owner/executive disputes. |
