Practice Description
Mr. Golick practises bankruptcy, insolvency, debtor/creditor, banking and commercial law. He advises financial institutions, banks, insurance companies, secured and unsecured creditors and debtors on insolvency, restructurings, workouts and reorganizations. He acted as advisor to the Federal Government in connection with the amendments to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act enacted in 1992. |
