Practice Description
Mr. Hanson represents a wide variety of corporate and public sector employers in labour relations, occupational health and safety, employment and human rights matters before adjudicators, Labour Boards and the courts. His practice also extends to advising employers on legislation affecting employment relationships such as employment standards, employment equity, workers' compensation, human rights, employment contracts, group terminations and wrongful dismissal. Mr. Hanson has extensive experience in advising employers and boards of directors on all areas of labour and employment law, including the implications of corporate transactions, executive compensation arrangements, change of control agreements and alternate dispute resolution mechanisms. |
