Practice Description

Mr. Harts is responsible for a group of compensation consultants who advise public and private sector organizations on such matters as developing pay systems, job evaluation, compensation strategy, compensation surveys, incentive pay, performance management, and pay equity compliance. He personally advises senior executives and boards on executive compensation, compensation strategy and expatriate compensation.
