Practice Description

Mr. Heintzman practises as a civil litigation counsel primarily specializing in corporate, securities, oppression and shareholder remedies, commercial contract disputes, environmental law and broadcasting and telecommunications law. He has appeared before the courts of Ontario, Newfoundland, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia, and before the federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
