Practice Description
| Mr. Hoffmann practises in the business law group with particular emphasis on corporate finance matters. He is involved extensively in public and private debt and equity financings for both public and private corporations. In addition, he frequently advises investment dealers in connection with financing and merger and acquisition matters. Finally, he provides advice extensively to public and private corporations on corporate governance matters such as directors' responsibilities and agreements among shareholders. |
