Practice Description
Mr. Horan's practice is concentrated in the employment field. He provides advice and representation in connection with collective bargaining and the arbitration of disputes under collective agreements. He is widely experienced in the representation of parties in the construction industry and frequently provides advice in respect of dismissals, human rights, strikes and plant closures. Mr. Horan regularly appears as counsel before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, employment tribunals and the Courts. |
