| Mr. Howe has practised as a consulting actuary in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. He has specialized in the provision of retirement income, and his clients include multinational corporations, non-profit institutions and closely-held corporations. He currently acts as Chairman of the worldwide Employee Benefits Steering Group for Woodrow Milliman. |
