Mr. Jordan's practice consists of administrative law, litigation and, in particular, labour law and Charter litigation. He has extensive experience in trials and appeals at all levels of the court system in British Columbia, including several appearances in the Supreme Court of Canada arguing civil Charter of Rights cases.
