Practice Description

Mr. Kroft's particular areas of expertise involve corporate planning, tax litigation and tax policy. Notably, he has been on the research staff of the House of Commons Finance Committee during the hearings on the income tax portion of the White Paper on Tax Reform, and has worked with the Ministry of Economic Development, Small Business and Trade on certain tax oriented projects.
