Practice Description

Mr. Kyer practises corporate commercial law with an emphasis on telecommunications, computer and other high-technology-related transactions. He is principally involved in advising buyers and sellers of computer telecommunication assets and services and hardware and software on computer acquisitions and on computer-related legal transactions and disputes.
