Practice Description
Mr. Leach has been in the consulting and actuarial business since 1971, during which time he has been involved in providing advice on the design and funding of pension and profit-sharing plans; providing consultation and advice on the design and funding of life and health insurance arrangements; designing flexible benefit plans, union negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as a variety of other benefits-related programs and plans. Mr. Leach was also involved in the preparation of a report for the Treasury Board of Canada on retirement income arrangements for executives in the private sector. |
