Practice Description
| Mr. Leach has been in the consulting and actuarial business since 1971, during which time he has been involved in providing advice on the design and funding of pension and profit-sharing plans; providing consultation and advice on the design and funding of life and health insurance arrangements; designing flexible benefit plans, union negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as a variety of other benefits-related programs and plans. Mr. Leach was also involved in the preparation of a report for the Treasury Board of Canada on retirement income arrangements for executives in the private sector. |
