Practice Description

Mr. Ledger specializes in complex commercial litigation. He has acted as counsel to numerous pension plan sponsors and actuaries and in leading pension cases relating to the use of surplus, contribution holidays, plan wind-ups and transfers of plan assets. He has also been active in numerous cases in the competition, securities, environmental and aboriginal law fields. He has extensive employment law experience in the areas of sexual harassment, wrongful dismissal and human rights litigation, and his practice has also included a substantial number of cases relating to quasi-criminal litigation.
