Practice Description

Mr. Macpherson specializes in labour and employment law, acting on behalf of employers. He advises clients in a wide range of employment and labour matters, including collective agreement administration and negotiations, labour arbitrations, wrongful dismissal, alternate dispute resolution, human rights, mergers and acquisitions, workplace safety and insurance, occupational health and safety, employment standards, pay equity and employment benefits. Mr. Macpherson appears regularly as counsel before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, boards of arbitration, boards of inquiry and other employment and labour tribunals.
