Practice Description
Mr. McCormack's practice specializes in providing legal counsel and advice in respect of all matters affecting the relationship among employers, employees and service providers including the employment impact of commercial transactions, executive contracts, wrongful dismissal, employment standards, human rights, health and safety, pay equity, workers' compensation, and all matters affecting employers in their relationship with trade unions, with particular emphasis on corporate human resource representation. He has appeared as counsel before labour and employment-related tribunals, in civil proceedings in the courts as well as conciliation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution endeavours in the provincial and federal private sector. |
