Practice Description

Mr. McKenzie's practice has been restricted to taxation since 1971. His areas of specialty include international and corporate taxation, reorganization, and estate planning, dispute resolution involving notices of objection/appeals and litigation. He has appeared in over 60 cases in all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
