Practice Description

Mr. McSweeney advises clients on pension plans, deferred profit sharing plans and other employee and executive compensation programs. In addition to advising corporate plan sponsors, Mr. McSweeney provides advice on benefits issues to corporate trustees, boards of trustees for multi and single employer plans and governmental agencies responsible for benefits administration. He has extensive experience in hearings before various pension regulation tribunals, the courts of Ontario and several other jurisdictions on pension related issues.
