Ms. Milczynski's practice encompasses pension and benefits, employment and administrative law. She has advised and represented corporate plan sponsors, plan administrators, accounting firms and unions on all matters related to the establishment and administration of pension plans. She also provides advice with respect to plan wind-up, and the pension issues that arise on the purchase and sale of a business.
