Practice Description
| Mr. Morgan's practice consists of a wide range of areas of civil litigation, including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, matters involving the Charter of Rights, shareholder and corporate disputes, constitutional and administrative law issues, and arbitrations. He has extensive experience in trials and appeals at all levels of the Ontario and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. |
