Practice Description

Ms. Morgan practises in the firm's Tax Group where she is involved in all aspects of income taxation. Her practice emphasizes corporate taxation focusing primarily on the tax implications of corporate acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations, as well as financings and debt and equity restructurings. She has been involved in ongoing tax planning for many public and private corporations as well as commercial partnerships and trusts.
