Practice Description
| Mr. Morin's practice consists of civil litigation and administrative tribunal work. It includes a wide range of areas of civil litigation including commercial disputes, directors and officers' liability claims, shareholder and corporate disputes, charter of rights litigation, arbitration proceedings, trade law disputes. He has appeared extensively in trial and appeals at all levels of the Courts of Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and argued numerous cases before the Supreme Court of Canada. He has extensive experience before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and Bi-National Panels established under the Free Trade Agreement and the North American Free Trade Agreement to resolve trade disputes. |
