St. Pierre, (1987) 23 O.A.C. 226; Kirkness (Committee of) v. Imperial Life Assurance Co. of Canada, (1992) 62 O.A.C. 114; and M.(K.) v. M.(H.), [1992] 3 S.C.R. 6.
