Practice Description

Mr. Nielsen's practice emphasizes professional liability insurance matters. His involvement in this area has focused on defending claims against architects, engineers, accountants, lawyers, surveyors and insurance agents. He also has experience in construction disputes and ancillary matters such as builders' lien claims. He has been counsel in numerous matters making use of alternative dispute resolution techniques.
