Practice Description
| Mr. Pepall has a broadly-based commercial and insurance litigation practice. As a founding partner of Genest Murray in 1987 and as the head of its civil litigation section, Mr. Pepall conducts major commercial, insolvency and professional liability actions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has developed a particular expertise in the field of directors', officers', auditors' and solicitors' liability matters. He has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, the trial division of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Pepall has also appeared as counsel on numerous commercial and labour mediation and arbitration proceedings in Ontario and in the State of California. |
