Practice Description
Mr. Pinsonnault has been involved extensively for more than 20 years in the fields of bankruptcy, insolvency, receiverships and workouts, representing creditors, agents, trustees and debtors. He has pleaded numerous cases on behalf of financial institutions, receivers and agents in connection with the realization of securities, the enforcement of secured lenders' rights and other related matters. His expertise extends to real estate related litigation and all aspects stemming from the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (R.S.C. 85, c. C-36). He has also been called upon to advise financial institutions as to their recourses against their debtors' auditors. |
