Practice Description
Mr. Pollock is a partner in Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office and head of the employment and labour practice group. He has been extensively involved in providing advice in respect of the employment impact of commercial transactions as well as all matters affecting employers in their relationship with trade unions. His practice has also involved him in a number of matters relating to wrongful dismissal, occupational health and safety, and pensions. He has appeared before arbitration hearings, labour board proceedings, judicial reviews of administrative actions and employment-related litigation as well as a variety of conciliation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. |
