Practice Description

Mr. Rogers is the senior labour and employment law partner in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and represents clients in a wide variety of endeavours and industries. His practice involves the representation of management in all aspects of labour relations, employment standards, occupational health and safety, and human rights issues. In addition, he has a substantial "wrongful dismissal" practice and has represented employer interests in pension benefits litigation and judicial review proceedings.
