Practice Description

Mr. Rogers' practice involves a broad range of franchise, licensing and distribution matters, including the preparation of franchise, licence, distribution, master franchise, area development, joint venture, and confidentiality agreements, as well as subleases and inventory security agreements, on the local, national and international levels. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, structuring and financing of corporations.
